Rune of the tapper better be gone with EoD launch

Climbing from low silver to high gold made almost all the trapper disappear, same with bots.

Both trapper classes really shine vs low elo people and bots, but fall off hard as soon as people can dodge/avoid traps in general.

Just give it a 20s icd, or something. That's how most T6 rune effects work.
DH traps are potent but fairly easy to predict and work around while ranger traps aren't worth the utility slot, both shining only against less experienced opposition who choose to eat the full duration.
