I cant send mail or use the auction house

Hi I was trying to send a tip to a commander and the mail wont let me send anything. then i tried to sell some stuff and it would not let me says new account has to be validated. How do i validate i upgraded my account on the 28th what do i have to do?

 

I just checked again and it says 2 days..what? I made this account on the 28th this is the 4th day. It was originally 3 days what is going on.

The notification will say "2 days" if it's more than 24 hours but less than 48. It takes five full days (120 hours) for a newly created/upgraded account to unlock all features.

So at what time 5 days ago did you activate the acount?

The notification should tell you how many hours left if it's less than one day. Exactly 120 hours has to pass after you upgraded your account.

It works just like the Gem Store does. Count down starts as soon as the timer starts; 5 days begins and displays 4 days (23 hours and 59 seconds).  One day (in Gem Store) displays "less than 24 hours".
