Tide Turner achievements

Hello, 

Can someone explain to me how does one complete the tide turner achievements? I could not find any helpful info online.

Is there a way to choose what faction you help in the dragon response missions and I just don't see it?

When you enter a private DRM instance, there's an NPC with a  blue flag that lets you pick a specific faction (for a modest fee).

Notet hat you also have to interact with the red flag and enable at least one challenge for it to count towards tide turner.

Are you trying solo?? I know you need to be in a group to select CM's, maybe the same applies to Faction Help?

DRM challenge modes don't require a group to activate.

Oh wait, you right, i got confused, it's the type of instance that don't allow CM's and Helpers, you cannot actvate them on public instances, only private.
