The shouts would hit 10 targets and the earth overload would hit 10 targets as well.

It seemed like that was tempest thing not support but having wide hitting aoe for 10 targets. With out that 10 target support and aggsive side its realy upended what tempest as a class is for.

Weaver was the more tankly ele and catalyes seems to be the different effects ele.

I was reading that about the overload earth its kind of lame but the shouts seem to not have that info in there at all. They realty should if they do not the 10 target nerf was about the support for wvw not the aggressive side. I guess the ideal that earth overload was a pulsing effect for dmg made it in line with the other WH skills that where often pulsing 5 targets effects. All of the "end of overload" should at least hit 10 players giving reward for doing a full overload.

That gets back to the lack of reworks for the ele as a class. There too many missing effect for next to no real pay off.
