Oops! The eastern-styled spiraling dragon? That's been there since launch, and is a pretty clear parody to the Canthan lighthouses from GW1. Incidentally, pretty much every year and before every big update since S1, people ask "has this always been there'? Yes. Yes, it has. Plus, not everything draconic is tied to the Elder Dragons.
