Collection of Names

Hi everyone!

 

I've always been passionate about onomastics, studying names and their origins, meanings, popularity, etc. A few months ago I started writing down the names of GW2 NPCs, especially sylvari NPCs, because it's my favorite race and I just love their Celtic-inspired names and how poetic they can sound 🙂

I have a blog that I update regularly where I keep all the names I collect, organized by race. Ideally, one day (in a very far future ahah) I'll have pretty much all names in there. But, one name at a time! I already have a long list for sylvari, and will soon focus on the other races too 🙂
