Connection issues here in Nebraska

Just the last 2 weeks, connection has been barely holding on at best.

My data service is:

• Up to 150 Mbps download
• Up to 10 Mbps upload

I have a direct modem (not combo router or phone) to my PC and I have run a diag report.

 

Comparing it to your example on the GW2 site, this doesn't look good.  But not all the tests from your example were perfect either.  So what IS a good connection?

Any help here?
