Gem Store Mount Skins no longer work.

They was working perfectly yesterday. However today they do not work. They have this white glow to them. I thought it might be my machine. However Elite: Dangerous Odyssey worked perfectly on near max visual settings. I tried Black Desert Online on Remaster visual mode, still working perfect. The visual issue only happens on this game.

 

Please help, I spent over 6000 gems through IRL money. Only to now have inoperative cash shop skins.

Try repairing your client and switching between DirectX 9 / DirctX 11 beta renderers.

Please note that a client repair can take multiple hours depending on your disk/system speed. Best is to run this when you're not using your computer. For example, before you go to bed. (Leave the PC repairing your client overnight)

This isn't isolated to skin from Gem Store as it happened my Warclaw that have only the default skin. It is probably a problem related to patch, so there is no point in doing a repair of client in this case. My other mounts have so far not shown that strange bright look, so it is a random bug.

Have you tried to change dye when this happens, to see if it will remove that bright white look?
