Location is being reported differently according to where I look

Normally I'm on Underworld server. I selected the guild that I wished to play with in plenty of time and as a result during the Beta test I am now assigned to Fortunes Vale. The Red team are Moogooloo and the Blue team are First Haven.

This is where it gets a odd.

I made my way to the Red Desert Borderlands which is currently the home borderland of Moogooloo. This is what it says on the main map and also on the WvW window when you press B. However, if I open up the Guild Roster it reports my location as Thornwatch Desert Borderlands.

If I go to the First Haven Alpine Borderlands the guild roster reports my location as Stonefall Alpine Borderlands.

If I go to my own Borderland (Fortunes Vale) the guild roster reports my location as Reaper's Corridor Alpine Borderlands.

Not quite sure what is going on but it appears that the Guild Roster isn't reporting the same thing as the WvW window.

I believe this is a known issue. The same thing occurred  in the prior beta.

If you look at friends lists it is the same problem.
