Still no rewards for winning the match (Devs already said there will be no new rewards or new reward system).

 

And ofc no satisfaction in making your team win, cause you are just 1 of 1000 team members with a very little influence.

 

Now they take away the fun of supporting your server and watch it climb the tiers. No reason anymore to level up keeps, defend towers, kill dollies etc.

 

No one cares about balance anymore, cause no one cares about winning anymore.

 

So, what’s left to enjoy in the new system?

-> join a guild, group up at a specific time and blob the maps for ez lewd

. . . I bet there will be some dude that enjoy it, at least for a time until the non-blobbers have left the game (soon)

What do you mean? You keep describing the old system.

hmm do I prefer the first step on a long road of development, with little to no concrete info on the end result? 

Or the same system WvW has been dying under? 

Honestly, I don't know. Match making was never the real issue with the mode. Maybe Alliances will rejuvenate interest in developing the game mode and give it a fraction of the attention PvE gets.
