Black Lion Chest contents have not updated with Lunar New Year event

The name has changed, to Lunar Chest, but the contents are exactly the same as the previous Black Lion Chest

The name hasn't changed, they were called Lunar Chests in the news from the Dec. 14- Patch too - https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/sparkling-winter-nights-with-the-lunar-chest/

I don't think it was changed for wintersday either because I wanted a trophy from that BLC but they didn't do them last year. I have no idea the logic behind it but here we are.....

The last update for the chest was Dec. 14, guess the kept it neutral so they don't need a patch and can use it for both festivals, because all the New Year items were also already added with the Dec.14-Patch.

On a plus note gives everyone a chance to unlock all the Exclusive Dyes from Aurene Dye Collection if you like/want them best to do so now during BLC rotation.

I can understand that they didn't change the BL chest, but when they write in the news that they've added new weapon collection for BL claim tickets, but Weapon Specialist doesn't sell it... Like really, where is it? 
"our local Black Lion Weapons Specialist is now offering skins from the White Tiger weapon collection for one Black Lion Claim Ticket each". LIES. Pls fix this ANET x.x 

Update: apparently That's NPC's bug, cause if you double-click on tickets, you can buy new collection, but not from Weapon specialists.

I Don't think Anet understands or cares that there are people in this game that spend their money in advance expecting the normal festival events (like the black lion chest) because that's part of what they enjoy. First not doing the wintersday BL chest version & now the lunar new year version. HUGE fail for anet. pissing off the players putting money into the game is moronic.

I REALLY wanted the Wintersday coal trophy (because of the funny AF text) and since they didn't update it, that dissuaded me from buying them. Cut corners are sometimes very visible.....
