FeliSapiens.3027 Posted February 26, 2022 Share Posted February 26, 2022 Hello, a while ago my friend who is new to the game (playing the game for 2nd day), bought gems inthe gem store and did not recieve them, but the money from her card is gone. If she does not receive her Gems shortly, she should contact the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below and 'Submit a Ticket' for assistance. Good luck.
