Reappearing tooltip message hides chat window

Hi!

I reached level 80 today with my first character and now I constantly receive the message "Your current ability is fully trained and ready to master!" in the bottom-left corner of the screen (see following screenshot: https://ibb.co/gJ8c5ZC)

I closed this tooltip message several times already, but the message continues to reappear about every minute.

I cannot skill any masteries yet because I did not progress enough through my personal story.  I just want to get rid of this constant reminder.

Not only is this animated message box quite distracting, but it also hides a large part of my chat window.

Can anybody please tell me how to deactivate this message and stop it from reappearing all the time? Is this a bug in GW2?

You cant only way is to do first mission of either heart of thorns, path of fire or I think any mission of icebrood saga.

It reappears everytime you gain exp and is a constant anoyance you are not the first one or the last that will ask about this.

No combat in "Silence", if you want the easiest way to rid yourself of the pop-up.

Or, on Feb. 28th and after, I'm sure the first story chapter of End of Dragons will suffice, as well.

Thanks for your quick reply guys.

But this is really sad. Especially if it's a known issue that could so easily be fixed by the Devs (or shouldn't even exist in the first place).

I guess it's the same as with the Necro's "Dark Pursuit" ability, which is bugged for years and nobody cares about that.

Really a shame...
