i haven’t start the story yet, I just hope the story is fun enough for me to grind through all 9 specialisations.

The trick is don't think of it as a grind. The term grind is used in a lot of different ways but the most common is to say "content that I do over and over that is not fun." You only have one life, don't waste it on stuff that's not fun. The journey > destination.

Problem is that it's going to be very repetitive, since story stances are "fixed static content" so to speak, and most people will do them all solo.
The PoF/HoT collections did require you to do some repetitive stuff, but it was in the open world, so you would have a different experience each time at least.
