Its a patch, plain and simple, hotfix would be done while everything is live and everyone is on. In other words if it isn't making the server shut down, it will be at normal maintenace time at the earliest. There is no timer shown on Kirin's bar to suggest that the HP might reset if Kirin has not been bested inside [put time here, often 10 mins for other HPs]. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
