No redeem code e-mail

I bought the EOD expansion, it said congratz with ure purchase,... but I did not receive an email with a code. I tried again, another 30€ and still same problem.

 

I made a ticket about 15 hours ago, still no responds. Took some days off work so I could play, guess that was a big mistake.

Did you check in game? In the hero tab in the achievements panel, under general, does it say End of Dragons? And if it does show up there, you're ready to go. But might wanna update your ticket after cause you bought the game twice.

 

Not sure if they still use codes but it might have ended up in your spam folder.

 

Also due to the new expansion, it might take longer for you to get a response to your ticket.
