Missing two Jade Lanterns for "Illuminating Seitung Province"

HI!

I'm hoping someone can help me finish this achievement.

 

The two lanterns I'm missing are:

1. Aetherblade Refuge (Just did the meta... figured that was probably it, but I wasn't sure)
2. Sizhou Hall (Not the Renown Heart one) (Scratch that... I feel dumb. Forgot about the teleporter)

 

I've been all around both POIs and can't find either one. The only one I see around Sizhou Hall is the one for the Renown Heart.

Do these require events to get to?

Nevermind guys. I was looking for these for so long I thought I needed the help, but I figured it out! Not sure how to delete.
