Ticket 8603039 can't play, frustrated by ticket reply

I clicked on gem store banner during PRE sale and bought EOD, standard.

 

Went to play and it was not there.  Go to email receipt to see if I need to add a code, and see Path of Fire?!  which was already on my account-- and there was no code for anything in receipt.

 

Is there any way to speak the someone on the phone and get this fixed.  What I write is ignored for a copy/paste reply that does not address the issue.
