Badge of the Willbender possibly bugged

I’d just hold off on doing anything until that’s been known to be bugged until after Tuesday’s patch. If they don’t resolve the issues with the patch then you’ll likely have to wait another two more weeks as they’ve started lumping fixes together into the every two weeks patches instead of immediately which would alleviate players’ frustrations and wasted time.

I just can confirm that even on successful Meta Map it doesn´t work properly. Waiting for Purist events is just a waste of time, bug report won´t change a thing. Yesterday i found a group in lfg of Guardians trying but it bugged as well. I really think they have to fix it and this will take time. Good luck to everyone anyways.

Appears to be fixed with patch. Lieutenants spawn about 10 minutes after completion of the Pre. Both of the ones I did, the spawn was in the middle of Old Kaineg area. You have about 3 minutes to engage before it despawns. Unsure of timing for the next pre to start tho, I swapped maps to one that had just been completed.

Edit: Just did another one and the kill timer was 30 seconds. "Failed" boss kept going invisible every 5 seconds for 2 seconds. Jo kitten...

Well, you got lucky.

My experience of the "fix" so far : 1h30 waiting on this empty plaza, for nothing. And going to give up because meta start is probably going to cancel the chances of trigger.

Don't know if there are new prerequisites after the fix for the 1st purist event to pop, but for me it did not.

After the hours of failing metas, now fellow willbenders be ready for the useless hours waiting for random event.

It's going to end like the ridiculous caffeinated skritt : so boring that I renonced to do it, and finally some years later someone I know miraculously found one at a time I was around, but totally forgot about what I needed it for.

Willbenders'trinket drops not in Echovald but in Old Kaineng,  Aetherblade camp, very easy.

 

 

Today i got the badge of the willbender.  I made the event "Escort Aimi and her team deeper into the ruins is a level 80 event in Old Kaineng." before. Then i was hanging around southeast of the Vista , south of the Aetherblade camp. There is a little platform with "Field notes 3" on it . There spawned a purist champ, i think it was Mal-Chin.

I announced it into the map chat and a squad arrived very quick. " Nice call" they remarked.

 

I hope i can help you. If the events at Lutgardis Market are necessary i don't know.
