I wish Shadow Shroud was like Photon Forge but with 'Shadow' Weapons and more Ninja-Like.

Shadow Shroud feels very "heavy" and clunky to use still. 

Also the idea of being a "shadow" ninja (reverse Holosmith) sounds more exciting.

The specter enters Shadow Shroud and now has access to "Shadow Weapons". 

The skills pretty much has the same utilities/effects. The order is rearranged a little bit and some are reworked to fit the "theme". 

 

For example:  

1. Haunt Shot -> Haunted Daggers: (Dagger)

Range: 900

- Throw daggers that bounce up to 3 foes inflicting torment and gaining might.

- Heal tethered allies and grant them might per enemy struck. 

 

2. Eternal Night -> Umbral Blades: (Dual Swords)

Range: 600. Cast: 1/2s CD: 4s

- Rush and perform a whirling attack that deals damage and cause conditions on foes (chill, weakness, and torment).

- You and tethered ally gain health for each enemy struck. 

 

3. Grasping Shadow -> Phantom Vortex: (Staff)

Radius: 240. Cast: 3/4s CD: 6s 

- Whirl your shadow staff unleashing darkness and causing conditions on foes (poison, cripple, torment). 

- Cleanse conditions from yourself while healing and cleansing conditions on your tethered ally. 

 

4. Dawn's Repose -> Gloom Shot: (Shortbow) 

Range: 900. Cast: 1/2s CD: 8s

- Shoot an arrow at your target location and shadow step to that location. Enemies struck are knocked down.

- Grant barrier and heal yourself and your tethered ally. (Barrier amount depends on enemies struck.)

 

5. Mind Shock -> Rain of Terror (Longbow)

Range: 1200. Cast: 1.25s CD: 16s 

- Shoot a barrage of arrows causing fear on enemies.

- Grant stability and heal tethered ally. (Heal amount and stability duration depends on enemies struck.)
