starlinvf.1358 Posted November 16, 2017 Share Posted November 16, 2017 its hard to get budget Celestial, because its primary benefit is it giving a higher stat total. 1/2 2/2 7 (Cels)3303 3612 4473You can try running a combination of Minstrels, Maurader and Wander to get a similar stat distribution.
