Mini Awakened Abomination droprate?

First of all, my apologies if this isn't in the right section.

I've been tracking this mini on the TP since I discovered it was available and I'm curious, is it meant to be this rare or is the drop rate bugged?

It's probably meant to be rare, that's why it costs so much on the TP, but if you just want the abomination mini, you can buy a "normal" one from one of the heart vendors in i think Vabbi map, not sure.
