Harbinger shouldn't be 1-shotting classes so easily

I thought Anet made a case that classes can't just 1 shot things but Harb is practically in that camp. Please adjust Shroud to where it can't nuke everything it touches, it's too much dps atm.

No no no u miss understood, anet said thief can't one shot anyone, it's cool for Soulbeast, trap dh, Mirage, rev, etc etc to all have meme builds that are ultimately useless but can global someone from 100-0 in secs but thief lol it's insta hard nerf city thief can go invis and run away though emiright :).
