In the stats/attribute panel i can see the correct 100%torment duration but in the skill info it doesn't double the base condi time. When i tested this on golem, it does tick for 2x base duration so the skill info seems to be wrong. (or i'm missing something). I'm not sure but i think it's because of the superior sigil of demons not counting. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
