How to make War Hammer useable in high-end matches

You may be able to 3-shot someone with it, but if it doesn't include one of the following, it won't be competitive 1) There is no scaleable defense on the weapon. (meaning no matter how many players attack you with normal attacks you can protect yourself) Examples include: Shield Stance and evasion skills. 2) there are no movement skills that don't cost adrenaline. If the player can't disengage when they are out of resources (adrenaline) then there is no escape potential. Rework hammer to include at least one of the above and people will start seeing success with it. Funnily enough, the other weapons which don't check at least one of the above boxes (off-hand sword, mainhand and offhand mace, longbow, off-hand dagger, torch, pistol, to some extent rifle) also never see play. . . it's probably a coincidence. . .

If that's the case wow, just wow. There are already 3 elite specs and there will definitely be 4 at least down the road. Imagine not being able to use hammer effectively on any spec except spellbreaker?

That along with the gunsaber PvE cD reductions. And then the hammer damage values going back up on, like 2 of the skills. Not quite a mea culpa, but it is them reverting slowly some of their bad balance decisions.
