Player Charr and their dialogue during combat is using two VA's currently. Would you like to see that changed?

Charr Commanders: Re-recording the "Combat dialogue" to current VA

  1. 1. Would you like to have the "Combat voice-lines" re-recorded to fit the current voice actors, so that we no longer hear two different voice actors when in combat?

    • Yes, it bothers me. I would like to have current VA's for player Charr re-record the combat dialogue
    • No, it doesn't bother me. I don't want to change the voice overs of the combat dialogue.
    • I don't care.

I normally keep away from forums, but anyways -  here goes.

Since they had to change the voice actors (VA for short) for playable Charr Commanders, there's always one thing that bothered me to some degree - call it immersion breaking.

That is during combat when using different elite specialisations on Charr there's combat dialogue from the old VA and the new one, and it always bothered me. I know that asking for a re-recording of all voice acted lines for playable Commander Charr is simply to much, and I am well aware.

However I was wondering if it would be possible resource-wise to have the current VAs redo the combat dialogue (voice lines, such as when out of endurance, using certain skills, or gaining boons and conditions etc. etc.)

So, my question to the community on the forums is: What is your stance on this? Is this something that, if possible, you would like see changed? Does it matter to you?

I know it's a minor thing, but still. I'm just wondering if other people feel the same way as I do.

I don't play a female charr, but I imagine that this would be one of those situations that would depend on the talent from the VA. If the voice acting turned out worse than the previous, I'd be stuck with the new voice acting. If ended up being better than the previous voice acting, I'd be happy with the results. A nervous yes?
