Superior sigil of demons not working

When using superior sigil of demons, it is shown that duration of torment is increased by 20% in the attributes section, but the duration does not increase on skills.

its it not increasing on the tool tip or the actual skill duration? Or both?

i made a report about it ~7 months ago but there's still no progress on a fix. as of right now the sigil of demons is purely cosmetic and the increase is only displayed in the hero panels' attribute window under condi duration +20% torment, however it doesnt affect any skills nor the torment condition itself, damage tests on the golem also conclude that there's no effect taking place, the Sigil of Malice has an effect on torment while this thing has none

I respecced into condition Specter today and the Superior Sigil of Demons bug is still present ingame. It shows the +20% torment duration increase when hovering over the condition duration icon in the attributes panel in the Equipment tab, but doesn't have any effect on skills and their tooltips. Bumping for visibility.
