For example, from my testing it seems like "No Quarter" and "Assassin's Fury" do, while "Invigorating Precision" does not. Anyone have a list or is it just invigorating precision that doesn't? IP doesn't do anything in shroud, unless you drop shroud in the middle of a damage cast - ie: not in shroud.
