Silvercyclone.1462 Posted April 6, 2022 Share Posted April 6, 2022 I'm playing with my Uncle and hes having problems with PoF. At the start it says he needs to read some mail from Kiel but he didn't receive the mail. He submitted a ticket a few days ago and its still bugged. Another problem is he lost access to his email and has sent a ticket to get his username transferred over to his new email and sent a ticket for that a couple weeks ago. So if support needs more info they cant reach him through the email his game is tied to. Does anyone know a way to fix this PoF kiel mail issue? So far we tried starting another story and coming back to it and nothing. also tried every variation of restarting the game and stopping the storyline and restarting it. Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted April 7, 2022 Share Posted April 7, 2022 Your uncle should check his mail for the letter; if he has it, he should delete it and restart the Chapter. If he does not have it, he should delete all mail and pick up any Gold and items from the Trading Post. If he is submitting 'tickets' in-game, he will garner no response as indicated on the Bug Report window.
