With all the changes and "mostly" negative comments hete on the necro forums

I wanted to say thank you. The core power dmg change to necro is a step in the right direction and taking the new trait really focuses on doing power damage.

Also giving us some more burst damage as reaper and knowing when to use shroud rather than just bunker in it.

More damage and Condi damage on scourge and I hope maybe some more tweaking in the future.

My power scourge has been a blast to play in PvP and I'm excited to use my harriers healing/might gen build in raids :)
