Is there a way to let support know how much I appreciate them?

I misplaced an ascended weapon that I had (I might have sold it by accident since I swap between a 2-hander and 2 weapons.) I submitted a ticket specifying what was on it, but I thought it came off a little too... calculating? I thought for sure I'd lost that weapon, considering it was just an ascended one and not say, a precursor, but they did end up replacing it!

Anet has the best customer service I have ever come across and I've been around a LONG time. They have really helped me out on a couple of occasions. I wish all companies had customer service this good.

Last time I contacted Support (and I think at least once before then?) I was sent a follow-up email with a link to give feedback on my experience.

Alternatively you could reply to the last email you received and let them know that way.
