Effect Meteorlogicus (throwing beams on auto-attack) not shown on Asura?

Hi, I've recently noticed that the auto-attack effect (beams coming out of the scepter) with Meteorlogicus isn't shown on Asura whereas it works fine on Human. Anybody else has an issue with this?
