Quick question if I may... what are the rules regarding Guild Wars 2 app development? If we develop an app for mobile, would there be an issue with selling the app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store? Either way, would there be an issue in regards to using the various logo's within the app itself (whether it is paid or free)?

Concerning the use of the API alone, there shouldn't be an issue.

So I would check the links further and if in doubt, contact ncsoft/Arenanet directly under the mentioned methods of the "Content Terms of Use", since only they can give you a definite answer for that.

Note that the asset kit also has some additional guidelines packed in it: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/media/asset-kit/

Considering that some of the assets can be used by for-profit publications there are probably some images that can be used in this way.
