Is immobilize a soft or hard cc?

Because if its soft I think it should have some work done on it lol, first of all it legit just stops you in your tracks even if you have stability kinda wild imo, not to mention it literally stops you from dodging too like a hard cc stopping you from doing actions, it even stops you from doing some skills not sure what other classes have this problem but i know when you get immobilize on holosmith and use holo form skill 5 you legit cant use  it counts as jumping, also why cant i turn around on my own when in immobilize but can select a enemy and swing at them i face them now or even about face its just strange.

its neither of the two.

its a Condition.  ergo... Stability does not work, but cleansing does. Resistance makes you immune to it aswell.
