WvW has an actual dev, and it's not some random streamer who calls himself a "content creator" and has a handful of fans. It's an actual MMO dev. So changes to WvW are actually on the way now. Hopefully there's more to it than just what's been in the blog post.

The problem is that there's still no meaningful balance dev team. As everyone has always suspected, it's one guy, and based on the leaks, it's a guy who doesn't understand the game and doesn't care to...

Let's predict: There are no relevant changes coming. They don't know what to do and in turn, what they are doing. Nobody is listening, you are wrong, this is good. Let's keep doing this every patch cycle.

No just someone with dodge bound.

Judging by your previous posts, I was under the impression that you would be dead on contact with another player, but they have to chase you so good work.

But in all seriousness, would you really have gotten killed less without warclaw?

@TheGrimm.5624 the difference is that gankers are groups without a serious composition, ergo a group that could never handle anything over their own numbers.

 

also i think u make the mistake to call it ganking at times, when 10 randoms walk into a blob and expect to get something.10v50 isn't a good relation obviously, because the changes over the last 2 years made by arenanets devs just messed the ability for smaller groups to fight bigger ones, yet if u have a group with 3 comped parties (15 players on meta builds), u may win against a not tight running, slow 50ish random blob.

 

a comped squad, nearly regardless the size, can hold its ground against at least double the numbers of mechanically worse or uncomped players easily.  ... and with "can" i mean "should be able to". because if they're not, they're likely just gankers. as there is no point in having a squad to kill half of your own numbers really

 

gankerclouds can never do that, and gankers never run tight, they only try to scam some kills from fights - its really only legit to do this inside your own keep if ur side has no relevant groups ergo no other option

These same biased players ban or mute anyone who disagrees to ensure the echo chamber is functioning  perfectly.

It certainly seems like this is the case.  Berserker’s Scorched Earth is going to be removed next.  Must be a bunch of cry babies that can’t move out of AOEs.

 

The Elementalist’s Fiery Greatsword was the perfect way to provide 10 target skills.  High cooldown and high risk to get in melee range.  We should have had more 10 target elite skills like this for the other professions.
