Minstrels/nomads is still in the game

nobody ever care about nomads, idk what that stuff even is

 

and minstrel is necessary to exist. otherwise how would your supports sustain the spikes? its far too easy to do random dps yet for big clouds.

it used to be condi immunity, about a year or so ago they made it only apply to non dmge condis, it kittened over warrior and certain rev builds more than anything

 

its also I think why there are more condi p/d roamers every day

oh yeah, i know. the boon changes been absolutely horrible choices. i liked all old versions better. they just d#mbed down the game, once again

Theres less atrition to range condi builds :) next step is they want every reflect and everything else that blocks their range spam removed from game :) Anet will obey sooon.

Nomad was pretty well balanced as it didn't have healing power as major stat. Minstrel does not only have healing power as major stat but also concentration stat is busted, it provides too much as minor stat. The fact that you see people rocking 60% boon durations with minor stat and a runesets is too much.

 

Ideal way of fixing Minstrel in WvW:

Change WvW gear system into Amulet system. Instead of having 1 amulet like in PvP, you would have 5 amulets to choose stats from. Only 3 of the amulets would have 4-stat/cele combinations available, other 2 would have to be 3-stat. No minstrel option.

 

Lowest effort way of fixing Minstrel in WvW:

Nerf minstrel by nerfing concentration stat in WvW from 1% boon duration per 15 concentration to 1% per 25 concentration

Oh yeah, its too easy for solo, disorganized players do dmg to boonballs. Just need to go through 5 scrapper domes, a bazillion stab stacks from guards, and you cant play condi builds too, cause that feeds them boons by scrapper conversion. Really easy man, those poor zerglins!
