When I see harbinger I get sad about my pistol thief.

Look on the bride side: maybe they are going to reshuffle some weapon skills like they did for engi and put Repeater / Unload to 1 and give us some utility (like movement) on a new 3 skill.

There would be a catch however, people would remember that P/P thief exists and start spamming the devs with nerf requests again (even though without other changes it would actually be a damage nerf) with the silver lining being that P/D would be fine as the average player doesn't seem to comprehend that it's actually a decent weapon set (damage wise).

People don't even comprehend that it is a different set to P/P, let alone a decent one. I once got reported for "having no cooldowns" while playing P/D power deadeye lol

sounds like idiots not knowing how the thief works let alone deadeye

yeah but with p/p making a recovery, if it ever gets initiative gain vs costs then even then the projectile hate in this game is overpowered as hell. 50 people can stack under an engineer/revenant ventari bubble and still be shielded which is overpowered in itself and even if you were inside the bubbles nothing reaches target, which is the absurd part. there needs to be a downside to the projectile blocks....like a cap!

Like I said last time in the bi-annual "what happened to ricochet" topic.

It's broken when thief does it. When necro does it, it's totally not broken. It would just be nuts if you could put two stacks of bleeding out with pistol 1. A thief that can bleed two players or enemies on an auto attack would just be too powerful if ever allowed to do it. They'd have to just remove an elite spec or something to make up for that. Remember that trait we have that can increase bleeding damage, like wow right? 

But torment? No one has ever seen a Necromancer put down multiple stacks of torment before. I don't even think Necromancers can do damage with torment. It's really a pity condi for a class no one plays. It needs every advantage it can get. So they really need that bullet to bounce and we're fine without it. I trust that anet knows what it's doing.
