Can't continue mainquest

I can no longer continue the main quest from "In the Name of the Law". After I killed the fanatic and should now actually talk to Minister Li, I no longer get a quest marker displayed, and the follow-up event is not triggered. So it is not possible for me to continue playing the game.
Yes, I already restarted the Story, but as I start the corrupted "In the name of the law" Part again, the game continues without deleting the progress (Or reset the marker on the map).
Also, I posted a bug-report...  I am looking forward to a solution.

Have you tried activating another story chapter that isn't part of EoD and then switching back to EoD?

This might reset more progress than just that issue with Li, but maybe it fixes your problem.

I have this very problem, right after killing the Bigot it seems to have "frozen" I've even attempted quitting out of the story to replay this part and it wont let me do that.

Same here.

After killing the Bigot, no sign of green star that point where the next story is.

 

I tried:

1. Quitting current story and play other stories.

2. Clean install.

3. Clean install on the other computer.

 

Nonetheless, problems still persist.
