"/achievements/daily" endpoint returning unreliable data for up to 1 hour after reset

I think this issue started happening after daylight savings began in late March, but I'm not sure exactly when, and I don't know if it's related or not.

The endpoints seem to randomly switch between returning old and new data for up to 1 hour after server reset time.

I've also had this happen with the Daily Strikes category: https://api.guildwars2.com/v2/achievements/categories?id=250

Around ~20 minutes after reset, hitting the endpoint multiple times returns inconsistent results - sometimes yesterday's achievements, sometimes todays.
