[Bjora Marches] Please fix the Drakkar event!

Hello, I played some events in the last 24 hrs while finding some really annoying bugs related to the Drakkar event, which should be fixed otherwise they block the progress on that map.

- Outside the meta the raven flight portals cannot be used -> the Kodan challenge cannot be done and additionally, there is no failing timer. Therefore, it doesn't end and no other Kodan challenge can be spawned on that map

- When I joined the raven flight portal for the subchampions in the very last second, the failing timer crashed. The meta doesnt fail, the mobs are still there outside the portal. Drakkar is also flying around. This could blocks further progress in the Bjora March map.
