I got inspired since I quite like the changes on Tides of Time where the stun-enemy and ally-boon components of this skill now each have separate 5-target caps. Let's just homogenize the entire game, and make everything do exactly the same thing...in fact let's just give everyone a stick and then call it stick wars 2.
