He has submitted several tickets since the beginning of July over someone compromising his account. He has not yet received a feasible reply and it is a bit frustrating since he loves the game very much and looks forward to continue playing it. Is it possible to have a moderator or someone from the support team to look into it? I understand the support team is working hard on solving tickets but I wanted to see if submitting a post here would expediate the process. Your friend may have had his email account compromised, and any responses have been usurped. Your friend can send an email, using a newly created email account, to 'support@arena.net' if all else fails. Do be aware, the CS Team allows 72 hours to respond to tickets. Good luck.
