Herald Draconic Echo difference in PvE and PvP/WvW? Ninja Nerf?

So far I see only 2 patch notes that should affect Draconic Echo, namely:

1. Draconic Echo: This trait now grants 1.5 seconds of quickness to allies when the revenant uses a consume skill, in addition to its previous effects. NO INDICATION OF PVE/PVP/OR WVW SPLIT
2. Draconic Echo: Increased the quickness duration applied by this trait from 1.5 seconds to 2 seconds in PvE only. PVE SPLIT BUT QUICKNESS SHOULD STILL BE 1.5 SECONDS.

Yet in PvP/WvW we are only getting 3/4 seconds of quickness   even indicated in the WIKI. I swear when the patch was active I was able to do 1.5 seconds of Quickness per Facet Pop to proc Draconic Echo. Was this ninja nerfed? Whether my past experience is wrong or not, THERE IS NO INDICATION OF A PVP/WVW SPLIT TO 3/4 SECONDS ON ANY PATCH NOTES.

Even checking the Trait History in the Wiki yields the same, THERE IS NO INDICATION OF A PVP/WVW SPLIT TO 3/4 SECONDS ON ANY PATCH NOTES.

Yeah. They didn't mention any duration difference between PvE and PvP/WvW.

However, it's almost always the case that there will be a duration split if it's Quickness.

Herald has plenty of Quickness access anyway. The focus was to give it AoE Quickness.

The Quickness currently granted speeds up all the abilities and allows for synergy with Brutality.

True, I just checked what you said. Most have the Quickness duration halved from the PVE Split.

But since Echo's Quickness duration has now been increased to 2s in PVE, the split should be half as well. From 3/4 second to 1 second. Is what I would suggest anyway.

Still, we are the nerfenants and bugenants for a reason.
