I didn't notice you edited the quote, but like I said in my previous post, if Anet were to add an alternative method of getting the GoB, then I wouldn't really mind if they also gave WvWers an alternative method of getting the GoE. And I'm sure most PvErs wouldn't mind either. Let players stick to the gamemodes they like.

The difference in amount of threads is more a consequence of difference in population sizes than anything else. WvWers complain less often compared to PvErs simply because there's far less WvWers compared to PvErs.

Making them easier to get shot down, like i said, best to remind PvErs that they are not the victim whenever they decided to complain yet again

I mean, I understand that it's a bad thing that Anet isn't giving WvW any content, but how is that related in any way to the gifts? To me it just seems like you're bringing up just for the sake of looking like a victim even though it's unrelated to what we were talking about.

So when they give PvE GoB, what plans do Anet have for WvW? Its obvious that they want people to try WvW, you alway go " I want to get this but dont want to do this part" which let be real is small compared to other parts need for a legendary, while for WvW its the complete opposite, but you alway the loudest. Its related, we both want the best stuffs but its unbalanced, look how many PvE legendaries compare to WvW! They let us upgrade armor to legendary but confusingly not Weapons? I can guess they want WvW to play PvE too, we aint so different then

PvE has more legendaries because it's a much larger part of the game compared to WvW.  You can buy legendary weapons for gold and you got accessories in WvW as well.

And also (repeating this for the third time now), I'm completely fine with being able to get the GoE in WvW if I can get the GoB in PvE.

And, like someone else mentioned earlier, we're the "loudest" because there are way more PvE players. It's a valid argument, you should be given freedom of choice on how you want to play.

Yea try and farm gold in WvW

Anyway i've derailed this thread enough, my only advice is to get reward track modifiers and do daily. Like i said many times before, best to work for it while waiting for miracle because until then you get nada, and while we are here arguing, someone that also hate wvw is getting their GoB

Considering that a lot of those complains do get significant support from the PvE players, i think you're just not paying attention and get your personal feelings overcome the reality.

You don't need leggies for anything. You want to limit the content you participate in the game? Great, you don't need all of the optional rewards to enjoy whatever you're enjoying.

That's a dumb argument. Legendaries have the QoL feature of changing stats at any time. And if you have at least some of the materials, it's way cheaper to craft it than buy it.

Gonna repeat this again, in what way would giving players an alternative way to get the gifts, so they can play the gamemode THEY ACTUALLY ENJOY, have any negative impact? Oh wait, it doesn't . It's just gatekeeping.

Entitlement? Me not wanting to play a gamemode I literally dislike is entitlement? I understand legendaries being exclusive for raids and pvp/wvw but in the GoB/GoE's case, it wouldn't hurt having alternative ways to get them, as they aren't hard to get to begin with, just boring and takes a long while. That's the issue. If I'm gonna do something that takes a long while, at least let me do it in a gamemode I actually like.

And before you say that the GoB is a test of "complete mastery over all gamemodes", flipping camps or following a squad for a few hours is not "complete mastery". Nor is it difficult. Same for map completion, but you get my point. Hell, there isn't even a gift for doing PvP, so that argument would be kinda null anyway.

No, you wanting to get rewards while not playing the content needed for those rewards. Stop making what I said into something I didn't. 🙄 I mean if they're not hard to get to begin with then just go get them instead of constantly trying to make it even easier for no reason?

Want to play limited content? Then you are free to do exactly that.

What kind of dumb game design involves making people play something they actively dislike, in order to get a goodie? Games are supposed to be about having fun, and I sure as hell bet some people are not gonna have fun doing that. This is not about difficulty or exclusivity, it's just mind-numbingly boring for those that don't like WvW.

"Games are supposed to be about having fun!" -that's right and you don't need adidtional rewards to have fun, this is exactly the point you claimed is somehow "stupid". Except it's not stupid, it just true. Go have your fun in the game, unless you have more fun on the forum asking for more/easier rewards for some reason?

Like I mentioned earlier, I'm fine with exclusive legendaries like the ones in raids, pvp, and wvw. It's just dumb that the "PvE" legendaries actually make you do WvW in order to be able to craft them.
