Sudden technical problem

Hey,

 

So I went eating, came back 2hours later and re-launched the game, only to find myself having : 

1. Hard freezes (few seconds each time with window not responding), coupled with half a second freezes in between
2. Mosts visual spell effects gone, mine included
3. Sound being very off sync or not being emitted at all

 

I've tried re-starting the computer, repairing the game, testing out my computer but nothing has changed, so I also tried to change in-game settings and no change still.

 

I have normally 0 issue with the game's performance, so I am quite troubled by this hapenning so suddenly.

If anyone has had this issue, I'm all ears because I can't see the cause.

 

I can probably post my config and a video of what's being displayed in-game if needed.
