Warclaw not unlocking :(

Hi, I have done the full Wvw track for the warclaw and done all of the achievement parts but its saying i only have 7/8 even though they are all ticked!! I cant unlock the mount now so could anyone help me out? ive sent support a message but they said to submit a bug report and post here. I have screen shots showing it should be unlocked but i cant upload them on this?

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

No I didn’t get any item from the achievement and think this is the problem! When I go back to the vendor there is only the item I should be able to buy but it says I still need to complete that achievement!!

Everything is complete but says 7/8 so it thinks it’s not done and I got no item

Ok, that sounds like a bug to me... You said you have made a support ticket, right? I think it's weird that support does not help you with that (imo that screenshot is enough proof). Afaik support does not help players via the forums and the rest of us are just players, who can't solve bugs...

Yea that’s what I thought!! This is the reply I got at the end of the ticket

Our apologies for the confusion on this matter. After further review, we confirm this issue is a bug occurring. The next time that you're in the game, you can do us a favor by submitting an in-game bug report. This will send detailed information about your character and your position directly to our Quality Assurance Team and will help us assess the issue as promptly as possible. To submit a bug report in the game, simply click on the "Game Menu" button in the upper left-hand corner of the game interface, then choose the "Support" option on the Game Menu. That option will allow you to review known issues, report a bug, or contact Customer Support. Also, since this bug issue is related to an achievement reward, we're unable to progress this achievement to unlock the Warclaw mount. 
 
You’re also welcome to report a game issue in the Bugs sub-forum of the Guild Wars 2 Forums (https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/forum/9-bugs-game-forum-website/). You may include screenshots with your forum report if you wish to do so. While we are unable to respond directly to each bug report that we receive on the forums or through the game interface, each report is reviewed and escalated, when appropriate.

I spent ages getting through the Wvw track to unlock this and don’t have any faith it will get fixed just submitting a bug report 😞 😞 not sure what else I can do?! I will try repair it but I’ve been playing on my steam deck and laptop and both have the issue so wouldn’t think it’s corrupted files

Submit the in-game bug report as Support have requested, then update your Support ticket to confirm with them that you have indeed submitted an in-game bug report as they requested. You should also ask them what you are supposed to do now to get the Warclaw mount that you have unlocked but are unable to acquire. Point out that you have done everything that was required, but somehow the achievement has bugged out which is now preventing you from receiving the Warclaw Certificate of Ownership which is what you need to unlock the Warclaw at the vendor.

Every 2 or 3 days keep updating your Support ticket to ask what's happening and remind them that you're still waiting for this bug to be resolved.
