Bug regarding Modniir Ulgoth Meta Event

Hello,

I would like to ask a question. Is there a way to reach someone from Arena Net who could do something about the meta event in Harathi Hinterlands regarding Mondiir Ulogth? As far as I know the first information about this event being bugged go so far back as 2015 so for 7 years no one cared enough to fix it? The item this boss drops is required for collection item from Heart of Thorns. So if everyone is too lazy to fix the event maybe someone could simply change so that the item necessary is dropped out of a different boss. The one that acutally spawns and is not bugged. I have been trying to do this event for at least 3-4 days at different hours and it is always bugged. If someone could point me to a person who is responsible for this or can fix this that would be great. Many thanks :)

I'd imagine calling the Dev(s) lazy would not enamor them to respond.  The 'bug' has been fixed, more than once, I believe, but keeps cropping up.  After so many fixes, it is likely the issue can't be resolved, or if it was, it would cause more and worse bugs.

To insure success, try the event immediately after a release/update.

As stated, the bug came back time and time again. Arenanet eventually gave up on finding a real fix for the issue and decided to simply let it fester.

I agree that they need to do something about unique drops from hopelessly bugged encounters. They could add implement vendors in the five racial capitals (because they load much quicker than Lion's Arch).
