Stone heart.

 

The point of taking Earth trait line is to be extra resistant against strike damage. Stone heart is the pinnacle of ele strike damage resistance short of invulnerability.

 

Diamond skin is an extremely meh condition cleanse because it removes only 1 condition per second per time you get hit above 75% health. There are simply too many requitements for it to trigger and even when it triggers it wont help you against most class's condition spam. If you need condition cleanse there are significantly better options like fire trait line via transmuting auras, or active weapon abilities.

I guess Stone Heart is better. But be aware that Stone Heart only works in Earth Attunement.

Diamond Skin, as Draconicus already said has too many conditions to effectively remove conditions. Especially with Harbingers and other specs that rapidly apply many conditions this trait just get overwhelmed and makes no difference anymore.
