Holosmith in the Balance Update Preview - ANet please consider a further buff

A good way to buff Rifle Holosmith without impacting Mechanist or buffing Sword Holo too much is to increase the damage of Solar Focusing Lens

Instead of 10%, make it deal 20% of the hits using this buff. The only skills that holosmith truly benefits from this buff is Rifle2, Rifle5 and Big Old Bomb. things that Sword Holo doesn't have in their build.

Besides, Sword Holo dmg usually comes from multi hitting skills so it doesn't really benefit from Solar Focusing Lens at all, making this an effective way to buff Rifle Holosmith.
