Clicking 'Support' creates an infinite login loop?

Hey there. Hope someone from Support sees this since I can't seem to create a ticket for you all.

I just accidentally bought the wrong item in-game (a wyvern statue decoration rather than a charr copter decoration for my guild), and so I went to see if I could get support to help me out (since apparently I care about this enough to do so), and I was amazed to see that they would, through a support ticket, which I then tried to create.

When I clicked 'submit a ticket' on the article about accidental item purchases (https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010367674-Accidental-Item-Purchases), it sent me to a page that told me I needed to log in, even though I already had (https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), but I went ahead and tried to log in again, which returned me to the account overview page (https://account.arena.net/overview), then clicked 'Support' in the top-right of the page, which then via the red buttons in the top-right corner indicated that I needed to sign in again. So just to test it, I went through the whole process again (five or six times if I'm honest), and also tried it on mobile. I've disabled all my browser extensions (ditto on mobile), tried a private window, no dice.

Using current Firefox (which I love and is otherwise unassailable), and I don't have another browser handy. What gives? Anyone else having this issue? Can anyone let support know that I'm in trouble, or is there some other way to get in contact with them if they don't respond here?

Yeah, it keeps doing this to me saying I have to authenticate my account, but it never sends me a code and an infinite login loop when trying to put in a support ticket.

Wonderful feature of the 10th Anniversary roflmao.

Did you send an email to support@arena.net and ask to have your log-in issue fixed?

For what it's worth, I sent them an email with both issues (my wrong purchase issue and my login loop issue). They addressed the purchase problem immediately, but never said a word about the login loop even though I was quite clear. May need to try again if it continues to be an issue.
